Golden and glittering temples abound in amazing Bangkok, capital city of The Kingdom of Thailand. One of Asia's most dynamic and vibrant cities, Thailand's unique culture, charm, and renowned Thai hospitality are evident from the moment you arrive. A boat cruise on the Chao Phraya River, known as the "River of Kings," is a wonderful way to witness the traditional ways of life which take place along the banks and small canals; while a visit to see the incomparable Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha is a true highlight of any visit. When the sun goes down relax over drinks along the riverside, dine on a meal of exquisite Thai cuisine, enjoy Bangkok by night on a dinner cruise, and feel the pulse of the city in one of Bangkok's trendy bars or nightclubs. A shoppers paradise, try your hand at bargaining for local crafts in the marketplace, and explore the chic department stores and boutiques. Don't forget to leave time to enjoy a traditional Thai massage during your visit.
